Default Down 41 Pounds
Well I hit 41 pounds gone this last Sunday. I have to say I feel so much better than before. I was looking at some car parts the other day and squatted down to pick something up. That's when I realized...... I can bend down like I used to do. I still have more to go but I'm so happy with the way things are going I may set a new goal. I seem to be down about 2 pounds a week. Well I'm going to stick with it and see how it goes.

Thanks! I'm down 53 pounds and set a new goal of 170. I never thought I would get to 180. Now I'm so close.
