Default Yippee! I am now OVERWEIGHT!

I am finally out of the "obese" range! I have lost 56 pounds and now am 189. It is funny how one could be happy about being overweight, but it took a lot of hard work and dedication to get to this point.

I am just super happy! Now I need only 31 more pounds to be within "normal" weight range and 49 pounds to be at my ideal weight goal!

Yay! Congratulations! I was at that point a few pounds ago and it was SUCH a nice feeling. Good luck getting to "normal"!

I think the same way. I know I have an "ideal" weight, but I try to enjoy the time I have at each weight. I am happy about now seeing the 180's and I will be happy with the 170's and if my body never wants to get to 140...I will just be happy knowing that I have made healthy changes to my life.

That's great! I can't imagine how good that must feel. I've got a long way to go before I hit the "overweight" range.
