Default Down 50 lbs!
Hi all! I've been watching this forum since I started my weight loss journey and I finally have something to share! I'm down 50lbs since June. Woohoo. I still feel like I have a long way to go, but I'm feeling much better and see that a 100 lb weight loss is possible. I feel like I can get to healthy! Much love to you all for sharing your successes and showing me it can be done. Hugs all round.
