Wink Mama's Going Shopping! 100 Pounds Lost!

So I've pretty much broken the 100 pounds lost mark! Technically, I've lost 98 pounds (since October 2014.) Since I had so much to lose, I have sparingly gotten clothes over the last two years because it would not be feasible financially to do otherwise. BUT... for my 100 pounds lost, my 'treat' to myself was to go shopping and buy new clothes (that FIT well. What a concept! LOL) So, mama's going shopping

Tips in reaching them milestone. Hmmm... Well, at first I exercised about 4 days a week for 45 minutes a day. I was never good at drinking water though. I cut my calorie intake down to approx. 1400 cals/day, and I watch my carb intake bc I'm diabetic - so usually I eat around 85 or 90 carbs a day. I try to stay below 100 carbs daily. Some days that varies though, like if I go out to dinner or something. Lately, I haven't been exercising bc my work schedule has changed, but the lack of exercise has definitely shown in my slower weight loss and the often hitting plateaus.

So... that's about what I've done. Hope that is helpful
