28 lbs gne

  • Today, I have reached 28 lbs lost since the 11th of January...and it feels amazing!! I enjoy being able to actually walk and not be so out of breath. I enjoy weighing myself in the mornings to see how my food from yesterday affects me. I enjoy setting a better example for my kids in regards to eating healthier and being more active. I initially made a goal of getting to 235 by July 31, 2016 which is 15% of my starting weight. I am now 12 lbs from that goal. I have not weighed under 250 since September 2013 after my son was born. I gave up wearing my size 16 pants after January 2014 because they were too tight. My oldest daughter comes down in July for a month and I can't wait for her to see how much I am taking charge of my health to be around to see her and her siblings grow up. Here's to us taking charge of our lives!!!
