Default Almost There.....

Here I am...almost there
26 pounds to my ultimate goal. It's been a long, hard, scary, frustrating, prideful, invigorating, exhilarating, awesome road.

And these last 26 are hanging on for dear life.

When I started in June of 2014, I'm pretty sure I weighed around 250, however I use the stats from a doctors appointment that I received, that said "patient is very obese" and gave the starting weight in my ticker.
I've gone from a size 22 in pants to a size 14 or 16, depending on the brand.
A 2X top to a L or XL, again, depending on the brand.
Unfortunately, I've dropped a cup size.....but that's ok It's about balance, right?

I'm now focusing more on weight training and trying to tighten up all of these muscles and bat wings and baby pooch remnants.

I just wanted to put this out there, in the mini goal thread, because I'm not ready for my ultimate goal post yet......but I'm almost there.....and I have had the support of all of you along the way, and I thank you.

Please light a candle, chant, pray, whatever, for me for these last 26....I would appreciate it so much!

dietcokehead98 WEIGH TO GO!!!

Instead of looking at WHAT needs to be done (26)

LOOK at WHAT has been accomplished (56) ; 3 - 4 size decrease ...
That is AMAZING!! GREAT WORK! You are a WINNER!

Take your eyes off the WHAT you need to do and CONCENTRATE on the
W H Y !! you are doing it.

26 is only a half a deck of cards! Go for 13 first ... then the 7.5 ... then ... 4 ... then before you know it --- GOAL!!! SCORE!!!

AND THE BEACH!

Praying for you!

Default Mini goal.

Almost there I will be having surgery in two week a little scared.
I know that it will be for the best but just do not know what to think.
I know on how I feel you all might think that I should be sure before getting surgery but it's now or never.
If I do not get this surgery I will probably will wait another year.
I have been looking into getting surgery for about two years and have chickened out once.
So it is now or never.
