Default Original goal reached but the journey continues
Since high school I have been a binge eater and my weight has gone up and down drastically, highest being 220 pounds. I thought I had it all figured out a few years ago when I reached my then lowest weight in the 160s. Then I got pregnant and gained A LOT … After my son was born I knew I had to change my unhealthy dieting ways and make it a lifestyle. I am now at the weight I always dreamed about reaching, the 150s!

However, as happy and excited as I am to have reached this point I want to continue on this journey of fitness and clean eating. So even though I reached my original goal I am posting in mini goals because I’m still a work in progress. I do want to say thank you because this site has helped me through a lot of ups and downs.

I have been motivated by others results and hope mine can do the same for another. I’m going to begin posting about my journey on Instagram so if anyone would like to follow send me a message.

In the picture my before is about 195 pounds the after is 157 pounds.

You look amazing! I've lost 60 pounds (down to 130 now) and I wish I was as toned as you lol awesome inspiration.. congrats on the mini goal
