Height: five foot five inches.
Default Less than 1lb to ten percent loss.
After being stuck for a couple of weeks I am less than 1lb from my ten percent loss. However my wife has reached her BMI of 25 today following weight watchers having lost a 14lb (a stone) in 8 weeks. I am so proud of her.
