Weighing in this morning I'd finally broken past 225 after weighing in at 225.2 for most of the week. That makes it official and I'm past my first goal of 25lbs gone, or 10% Going forward, I haven't seen any of the weights I'm now reaching in more than 10 years.

That's awesome!!! Needed to read a mini goal like this. Loosing weight just feels so impossible to me right now, not because I'm not working hard, but because I've never done it before. A great reminder that it really happens, and all the little one-two pound weight losses a week will eventually add up to a bigger weight loss!!! Way to go and keep it up, youbwre doing great
