Last Straw, I started by not eating after 7pm. Nighttime in front of the tv was usually my junk food 'me' time. Then I stopped buying as much junk food. I figured if it wasn't in the house I couldn't eat it. Then I added on eating less and trying for healthier foods. Then the last 2 months I started being more strict and sticking to 1400 calories/day as best I can. I still have a candy bar or something sweet on occasion or more than just an occasion. I thought this turn at losing I wouldn't completely restrict myself from candy I like because in the past I always broke down at some point and that was that. I was back to large amounts of candy and regaining everything I lost. It's working so far. This is the longest I've stuck with losing.
