Hi everyone!
My goal for October is to loose 10 lbs. I started dieting on September 26th and have a weigh in on Thursday with my nutritionist. My starting weight was 176 and my long term weight loos goal is 140.
Im a vegan but that doesn't mean much when you love sweets and eat 3x as much and covet bread.
So here I am and will update on Thursday with my weigh in.
