Default My first 5 kg gone!
Today I finally hit 95 kg exactly. I'm now 1/8 of my way into the journey!

I'm feeling thinner around the waist, down from about 45 inches to 42. It's still way bigger than it needs to be for health, but it's moving in the right direction.

I'm getting into size 20's and moving out of the "fat" section at Target.
I can climb stairs at uni without getting winded.
