Thank you EllyM! It's been like 80% diet and 20% exercise. I calorie count rather than follow a specific diet plan and I exercise daily, whether it's walking at lunch or getting a bike ride after work. Basically my goal is to cut 500 calories a day through diet and burn 250 calories per day exercising.
