64 lbs in a year is amazing. It takes a 3,500 calorie change to lose one pound. 64 lbs equals 224,000 calories consumed less/exercised away in a year.

Creating a debt of 500 calories a day, every day for a year is an awesome feat and that would get 52lbs in a year. I think 64 is ideal and VERY impressive. Great work.
