Default Just 3 more times!

I was just thinking.....

Now that I am 30 lbs down,I realized that I only need to lose 30 lbs 3 more times to reach my goal.

Breaking it down into little chunks makes it soooo much more reasonable! It even feels attainable now

Go for it! I agree that thinking of the big number can be a little intimidating so chunks are the way to go!

First, way to go on the first 30! And it does help so much to be able to break it down into manageable chunks. They're just numbers, but my mind can handle losing in increments, but the thought of having to lose 250 pounds would cause me to just give up.
