So today marks one month since I started on this journey
I have reached a few miletones..ive lost 15 pounds so far..my bmi went from obese to overweight(its now at 29.3) and the best part of it is..I am finally out of the 200's and now in the 100's(198lbs) I still have 38 more pounds to go until I reach my goal...it feels so close yet so far away lol cuz im sure this next month I wont lose another 15
I have just been watching what I eat..activia yogurt, protein shake..lots of fish, salads, veggies..and if im feeling snackish ill have of of those 100 calorie bags of microwave popcorn..I NEVER was a water drinker until now...I have about 5 bottles a day along with a diet coke here and there(thats my weakness) Just had to share my little bit of happiness with you all, as only my husband and kids no that I am trying to lose weight
