You can do it ((Hugs)). I do a variation of the banana trick. I chug a full glass of water and eat half a banana with one teaspoon of peanut or almond butter before bed (about an hour or so-while watching the news). So far its helped to keep the hunger at bay.

Good for you. Eating late is one of my big problem areas too.

Well I am back and with more tools for a better chance @ this. So my weight is accurate now and i am doing the Insanity work out with the nutrition diet recommended today is day 5 of it the first 2 days i was in pain now I am in a better structured plan for me eating late is not a problem now its eating healthy I have a 8 yr young son I am happy to say that he is my motivation and he joins in the exercise part and of course we are trying to eat healthy. Here I go again NO PAIN NO GAIN wish me luck.

Yep late night eating is my/was my downfall.
Sometimes just going upstairs to my bedroom away from the kitchen helped.:hug:

Good luck! And try to eat nutritionaly dense food pr the emptY calodies are going to make you feel like you're dying of hunger. Maybe replace the shakes and cola with fruits and veggies?

I can honestly say that I was drinking form 6-9 cans a coke a day not counting the glasses i was drinking at the restaurant many changes have happened at the house but we are still working on it day by day :carrot::carrot::carrot:
