77lbs lost *pics*
 

I'm so excited to show everyone my progress so far. I started my journey July 28,2012. I weighed 310lbs. As of today December 7,2012 I weigh 233lbs. I was 26/28 then,now I'm size 18 to 20.:carrot: I can't wait for the last 93lbs to come off.

140 is the lower end for a large frame women. You make a good point...I might have to reconsider once I get closer to where I wanna be.

OMG....You look great. I'm envious I weigh 50+ pounds less and we look like the same size!!!!!!!!!!!! (And we're about the same height). In fact, your thighs look smaller than mine.

thank you all for support. it really helps me out. im now 15lbs from losing 100lbs. at times i can't believe I'm doing this. im more of a lurker here than a poster. ive learned so much from every one too.

For what it's worth, I'm the same height as you are and I set my sights on 154 today after reading that that's the top end of the range for a healthy BMI.
