Fit into jeans!

  • I went to the store and bought a very tiny pair of jeans with NO stretch to them that I could use to track my weight-loss progress.

A month ago, I couldn't pull them up all the way, and I actually didn't even know whether I would lose enough to make it a goal to wear them: I just wanted to gauge how the fit changed. But, after a month of relatively moderate food control and regular exercise, I can get them on AND zip them! Still can't wear them comfortably, lol, but technically they go on at least.

(Sorry for the poor quality and the bathroom, lol!)

And though it doesn't have anything to do with fitting into the pants specifically, I finally feel very comfortable in my body, from here on, I'm happy to declare maintenance!
  • Awesome!! If I looked as good as you, I'd just wear the jeans around and not sit if they were too tight. Thanks for sharing!
  • Yayyyy!!! Good for you!
  • Yay! I've got a pair of jeans for this purpose too. They're interstate at the moment, but I'm hoping they'll fit when I try them on in a few weeks' time :-)
  • YAY! You look terrific
  • GOOD JOB!!! GOOD JOB!!! GOOD JOB!!

I have an "old" pair of jeans that I couldn't even get over my butt when I started. I can get them up, but not fastened. Maybe some time soon.

Enjoy your success!!! You deserve it!!!
  • Thank you, everyone!!
I highly recommend this version of progress tracking. (:

I hope that one week from now I'll come here and post that I can now WALK in the pants, lol.
  • I know the feeling and it is awesome. Congrats
  • I know the feeling!! so proud of you!
  • The quick progress you've made is amazing and beyond inspirational. Congrats my beautiful mottainai, well done, well earned, and well deserved!
  • Yay!!!! You look fantastic! I have a pair of pants for the same purpose. I wore them at 19 (almost a decade and two kids ago!) and they have no stretch. I wore them comfortably to work today and it felt so great!
  • Yay! Way to go
  • Great job! Great feeling too, I bet.
  • Way to go that's awesome
