
My first mini goal is to keep the calorie count between 1800 - 2000 calories per day until October 27th!! Taking the kids out to a hotel and what better reward then to order out pizza and enjoy an evening out with the family before setting my next goal

I am also still nursing my 9 month old so I will have to see how well the Calories reduction works and what I am losing as I don't want to go down too fast. I started a couple of days ago, anyone else want to join my first challenge feel free to join and support me!
