Default 160lb in this week

even 160 lb still sounds a lot, but this is my first goal.
watch the food, 2 hours training everyday.
gas on!!!

at 257 160 sounds great to me.LOL! I can't wait to be there and weigh less than my DH> That is one of my goals. I'm pulling for you.
