Default Wake up call worked!
Last week I woke up from my newlywed haze, stepped on the scale and was 307! I've never been this heavy in my life! I started SB Phase 1 nine days ago and have lost 8 pounds. Today I'm back in the 200's!

i think it takes all of us to have one of these moments to gt us started. well done on starting your yourney and loosing 8lbs. just think you will never weigh 307lbs again
