Default First World Problem

Have a funeral to go to on Wednesday and all of my 'good' pants are too big; the one pair I really wanted to wear doesn't have belt loops and wearing them around the house for five minutes they were half-way down mah butt.

First world problem indeed.

Congrats on your smaller problem (o:

So, are you going to buy new ones or are you going to adjust the ones you have? (Inquiring minds want to know!)

Ah, that's the question isn't it?

I still have about 15 or so lbs to go so is it worth buying new capris/dress pants or just to wait? I found a pair of more casual pants that I can wear to the funeral (they didn't get hardly any wear as they were always too small). As for the capris . . . I srsly didn't realize how uh, roomy they were in the butt/thighs. They fit better in the waist ... oh wait, I do a need a belt to keep them from slipping. Oh why don't I just admit they're too big and buy a cheap pair at Marshalls or Good Will?

Great motivation, this first world problem. It got me on the treadmill for a nice run and now off to do some various exercises.

Go to a secondhand store and see if you can buy something in your size for the funeral. It doesn't have to be perfect since you're only going to wear it once.
