Ten weeks and I'm 21 pounds down! I've done it completely by eating right and exercising. I also log my food daily on Lose It and MyFitnessPal. Woot!! Feels Great! I have a long way to go, but feel confident and loving the results of changing my lifestyle!
Thanks guys! I weighed today and it says I am up 2 lbs from last week. That has me at 21lbs down. It is my TOM so I'm sure it is water. I weighed yesterday, my normal weigh day, and I was 6 lbs up!! That was unacceptable, so I tried again today. Much better lol!
Thanks Bobbles! It has become incredibly easy to stick to my plan. I live alone and I only buy healthy food. I was really snacky the other night and I had nothing here that would sabotage me, so I just opted for some natural popcorn. My mom commented on how my grocery receipt looked too healthy! That felt good!
