Went to see my trainer for first measurements since beginning. I am down over 24 inches total. 2.5 in waist and hips(glad to hear that). My body age went down by 6 years. My blood preassure went down 18 top and 20 bottom. I am so happy to see things looking so good. Hoping for just as good next time.

I haven't ever felt this good in my life. I have never been active. I was so happy when she said I went from a fitness level of fair to average. I have NEVER been average...woo hoo.
