Default First mini-goal met...40 lbs down
Hi Everyone!

I reached my first mini-goal of losing 40 lbs on March 2, 2012. I have since lost 4 more but been too busy to post pics. I started in October 2011 doing Weight Watchers on my own. I am not always perfect, but I am happy with a pound a week. I have only had one small plateau for about 2.5 to 3 weeks without a loss, but then I dropped again. I can't believe the difference in my back fat.

Great job!! Keep up the good work.

To upload pics, open a photobucket (or similar) account. Upload your pics there and then copy/paste the link into the link icon in the post options. The link icon is the yellow box with the mountain/triangles on it. There might be an easier way, but that's how I do it.
