Default A Really Good day....
I've lost 9.997% body weight since December. (ooh, so close to 10% i can TASTE it!!) I am a calorie counter, and am finding for the first time, it's been pretty easy to manage, and I'm finally noticing my efforts paying off, my clothes are getting too big, and I'm working out longer and feeling better.

Today, at my son's basketball game, a woman came up to me. Not a close friend, but someone whose child goes to school with mine. this lady is gorgeous and I've never said more than a simple hello or some polite small talk. Well, this woman went out of her way and said,

"Chris when you walked into the gym today, you stunned me. Wow, you are so beautiful. Not that you weren't pretty before, but I haven't seen you in awhile, and I am amazed at how much weight you've lost! Please tell us what you're doing because we are so proud of you and happy for you! I've tried for a long time, and I never have the results you are showing! Good for you!"

I have to say, it blew me away, and just boosted my confidence even more. It felt good to know my hard work finally shows. To all of you out there. Keep going. Because at some point, someone will also notice you, and when they do, it's the best feeling in the world!

Yay for you! Keep up the good work! I find it interesting how the comments and compliments sometimes come from the least expected places, but I'll take them wherever I can get them!

Congrats on being soooo close to 10%! One big sneeze and you'll be there!

What a wonderful compliment from your acquaintance. Those compliments have been very uplifting and motivating for me too. You must be beaming with pride - good job!

Dogday, I had my big sneeze!!! Weigh in today. Down 2 lbs., total weight loss now is -11.111% . Had an obgyn appt today, my dr was shocked hadn't seen me since before Halloween. Can't wait to go to endocrinologist next week!

Excellent! You are sooooo inspiring.
I have just started but I have a problem sticking to it.
I will start MFP(My Fitness Pal) today and hopefully it will help me.

Yay!!!!! Congratulations!! So you never even got to see 10%, you blew right past it, LOL! What a great week you're having. Keep up the good work!
