Default finally, progress
My 1st goal was just to see some progress. After a month of hard work, I can tell my clothes are fitting better and I'm down 7 lbs. May not sound like much, bit at least this proves what I'm doing is working. I need incentive to continue, this is it. Now I need to set some more goals...

By the way, thanks for all of the support and encouragement, we all need it at some point.
