I'm incredibly impressed! What a fantastic job. And while I've only lost 90 pounds, I know what you mean about having carried all that weight around every day, 24/7. I was carrying 2 sets of kettle bells that I bought into the house. Each box had a 5, 10, and 15 in it. So I was struggling to carry 60 pounds and kept thinking that I'd have to carry another whole set to match what i lost. Can't believe it.

You've done a fantastic job. Keep it up and never look back.
