Tonight at the gym I did get on a scale. I stepped on the type of scale that you have to balance and confirmed that I weigh less than 150lbs. Though I'm still not brave enough to look at my exact weight, I can safely say I'm not overweight. Why? I'm less than 150lbs in clothes and shoes with a full bladder at night. All of the those factors together add up to at least 5lbs. So while I'm not where I want to be, I'm not overweight!
