My clothes did not fit the way it used to. On June 12, 2011 (11 months after delivering my daughter) I decided enough was enough. I started calorie counting and added walking and jogging 6 days/week.
Now a few months later I have lost almost 25 lb with a little over 17 lb to goal. I have never had so much confidence and feel so much better about myself.
