Thank you! Seriously, when I started out I was just so tired of the health problems that my obesity caused. As I lost weight, I felt better, looked better, fit into cuter clothes etc. When I start something, I like to finish it. No, this has not been the easiest thing in the world However, every second of it was worth it to feel the way I do now. Just come up with some concrete goals (examples for me were getting my body in shape to be a mother one day, getting off meds, being able to shop in "normal" sized stores etc.) Set tons of mini goals too. As you reach them, you will feel more motivated and it will help fuel you. Good luck!
