Default 8 weeks

Today marks 8 weeks of tracking calories and exercise.

This is the longest I've ever tracked calories. I've lost weight before, and I know how to do it without tracking. And it the past I have. I'll track for a few weeks to get me going and then stop. And I do OK for another month or two, but eventually I stop doing OK and find myself back where I started.

So this time there's no stopping. I'll keep tracking no matter what and 8 weeks in I'm still going strong. Yay me!

In the past, I was all about the challenges: lose 6 lbs by this date! Exercise this many times in a week! This time I have just one goal: keep tracking those calories.

I use fitday. I don't love it, but I've used it in the past so all my old data is there and I don't want to give that up.
