Default Holy weight loss batman!
I just finished up my first week on IP and lost 8 pounds. Today is the day after and I've lost yet another pound! As of this past Saturday I was actually able to fit into a slimmer pair of pants....that was just a few days after starting IP. It just blows my mind. Anyways, this past week has been beyond motivating!

thank you for posting this. I have been waiting for over a month to start IP (had to work it into my budget while I am planning my wedding) I start on Monday! Thanks for this post! I am so excited.

My dad started IP two months ago and he's lost 45 lbs!! :O

The losses do get smaller week to week, though, so don't feel too disappointed :P It's all still gonna come off relatively fast! Keep it up!
