January Goals!
Last day of January. Here's my Goal check:
1 mile walk every day = 31 miles in January. DONE (39 miles done, minus 1 week of walking due to knee injury)
record water and exercise daily. DONE
record weight and take pictures every Monday. DONE
record inches 1st of the month. DONE
Goal weight by February 1: 282 lbs. DONE
This morning’s official weigh in results: 276.6 lbs.
Total loss for January: 16 lbs
My goal for February, I decided, will be 2 miles a day. Total of 56 miles in February. That’s a lot of miles. But, assuming my knee will let me, I believe I can do it.
