Well I had my daughter on Nov 10th at 175lbs. On December 2nd i measured and my drs office weighed me at 147.5. I re-measured last week and have a TOTAL loss of 22 3/4"!!!!!! that is a shock, i guess i didnt realize how big i really was.... i never got out of a size 8/9 while pregnant though. Today, i weigh 137.8 lbs. I am very proud of myself. I have a mini goal next of 130 and then my GOAL of 125(that i may adjust after hitting)it feels great to stay motivated!!!!
