I've went from 345 to 225 since May 3rd. Still losing fairly quickly, an average of about 15 pounds a month 4ish pounds a week.

It's really weird feeling bones where I'd never felt them before I've been overweight my entire life, and I can't remember a time when I weighed less than 200 pounds! Hopefully in the next couple months I'll be there!

I remember before I started my diet I'd think about what I'll look like when I lose weight, and what I'd feel like. I never knew just how great it would be, even though I'm still fairly far from my goal weight. I feel better and better every day. I regret stalling on dieting for so long and my best advice is to just go for it, it's so worth it. Don't keep putting it off, because I did that every year since I was about 12, and I am so glad I didn't put it off any further. Now I'm 19, and I'll be my thinnest I've ever been when I'm 20. And I feel pretty for just about the first time ever! (although it's about so much more than just looks; health, energy, etc)

My friends are gorgeous and tiny and I finally feel like I fit into pictures better with them! It feels great to not worry about untagging full body pictures on facebook!

haha thank you! I only really eat out at McFoster's, which is a vegetarian restaurant in Omaha. I switched Vegetarian and joined Metabolic Research Center which I've followed fairly rigidly. It's an expensive diet, but it is easy to do without having to actually join. If you look at my blog I pretty much have it all posted in there! Metabolic and vegetarianism is most definitely not for everyone, but it's worked for me so far! Loosely following the kind of plan I'm on has worked for a friend of mine too. Feel free to ask me any questions!
