I've went from 345 to 225 since May 3rd. Still losing fairly quickly, an average of about 15 pounds a month 4ish pounds a week.
It's really weird feeling bones where I'd never felt them before
I've been overweight my entire life, and I can't remember a time when I weighed less than 200 pounds! Hopefully in the next couple months I'll be there!
I remember before I started my diet I'd think about what I'll look like when I lose weight, and what I'd feel like. I never knew just how great it would be, even though I'm still fairly far from my goal weight. I feel better and better every day. I regret stalling on dieting for so long and my best advice is to just go for it, it's so worth it. Don't keep putting it off, because I did that every year since I was about 12, and I am so glad I didn't put it off any further. Now I'm 19, and I'll be my thinnest I've ever been when I'm 20. And I feel pretty for just about the first time ever! (although it's about so much more than just looks; health, energy, etc)
My friends are gorgeous and tiny and I finally feel like I fit into pictures better with them! It feels great to not worry about untagging full body pictures on facebook!
