I wanted to buy some more pyjamas and was torn between the 12-14 and 16-18 choices, thinking I‘d choose the 16 if it was available on its own, but that 16-18 would be surely too big.

So I asked for the 12-14 and hung onto the receipt just in case, and I‘m in! They are generously proportioned too.

Later that day I my socks and was annoyed I only had my backup pairs left with all that‘s gone on. Never been able to get them past my calves and now they slide up easily. Shame they fall straight down again too! Now they are too big.

We were looking through some old photos and it was a journey through my weight, thin mummy with little baby, fat mummy with toddler, thin mummy with little girl, whopping mummy with toddler... up and down all the way. Next year‘s photos will be the best yet, but more importantly the year after will be the SAME.
