Well, I had a real good week, until yesterday
It won't stop me from getting back on track, but my choices were not good yesterday... ceasar salad and fish and chip for dinner....so I have to remember the other 6 days, that my choices were really good and I know I can do it!!!!
Stepped on the scale on Saturday and was down to 155 from my starting weight of 158....and this morning....157
One great change I've made is... starting my day off with a healthy breakfast, opposed to just coffee, so yay for me!!!
I can be stronger than my cravings!!!!
