my first week weigh-in...
Well, I had a real good week, until yesterday:(
It won't stop me from getting back on track, but my choices were not good yesterday... ceasar salad and fish and chip for dinner....so I have to remember the other 6 days, that my choices were really good and I know I can do it!!!! Stepped on the scale on Saturday and was down to 155 from my starting weight of 158....and this morning....157:o One great change I've made is... starting my day off with a healthy breakfast, opposed to just coffee, so yay for me!!! I can be stronger than my cravings!!!!:) Have a great week everyone, I know I will!!! |

Keep up the good work. Don't get discouraged! Weight does fluctuate. Stay on and you will see results! :)

Thanks for the kind words....as I'm having a hard time keeping motivated lately, I fell into the ice cream tub tonight...(and I'm the one who bought the darn thing, grrrr) I will not give up trying...one good meal at a time...your support really helps!!! Thanks again!!!

Keep going, remember small things can make your weight go up and down. Keep going though you can do it :)

Your doing good...it's really hard this time of year. Hang in there!! :flow1::cheer2::trampo: Ice cream is my passion- I walk by it very fast at the store and try hard not to look :s:

Weight fluctuations happen, especially after you've had a salt. Hang in there! :hug:
