Congratulations!!!!!!!! That's awesome!!!!!!

I weigh in daily which yes, can you make you a crazy person! When I first started and I saw the fluctuations I would get upset and discouraged. Now, I'm starting to understand them a little more and it doesn't bother me as much. I'm not sure if I could do monthly - the anticipation would kill me! Weekly I think is fine. I think you just have to be prepared for a gain..whether you're weighing in daily, weekly or monthly. It happens to the best of us, you just can't let it get you down! You just keep on truckin'...

Best of luck!

Don't mess with SUCCESS! You have found a method that doesn't make you crazy in between weigh-ins and obviously you're doing GREAT with it! Stick with that. I think if you reach a point where you notice that you're not really sticking with your program, maybe increase the weigh ins so you are more closely accountable but not enough to make you bonkers!

GREAT JOB!!

I hear that!! I so WISH I could do it just once a month but I'd be too terrified to screw up too much and then hit a point of no going back!

But hey, if it works for you....

And congrats! That is WAY awesome!

When I first started losing weigh I weighed in monthly. It gave me a better sence of accomplishment to see that I lost five or ten pounds in one month then to see myself loose 1 to three pounds a week. It pushed me forward to see that I lost a chunk of weight each month.

Congrats on your weight loss!

Congratulations!!! That is awesome!

I started off weighing once a week and it worked wonders! Lately though I've been needing to hide my scale otherwise I weigh daily and it DOES truly drive you insane. It is way more accurate to weigh yourself once a week!

Yay! Congrats first of all. I know how it feels to NOT have seen the one hundreds. I haven't weighed under the 200 mark in over 13 years.

I would stick with that works. You have been happy thus far and unless you find yourself in a slump next time you come home (at which point I might consider weighing in by weekly) I would stick with your once a month weigh in.

You know the old saying..don't fix what ain't broken.

congratulations! Such accomplishment amid the distractions of college is quite impressive. Those cafeterias are always so close by!

I am a HUGE fan of the monthly or bi-weekly weigh in. I would go mad with all the little jumps and fluctuations in daily weight. The same idea has worked for me, and as long as you know you've been on track and giving your all to both exercise and healthy eating, I find it rewarding to see larger losses at each weigh in.
We should keep it up!
