My highest weight was 199, I dropped to 131 to winters ago, then slowly got back up to 140-ish and have stayed around there for a long time which was making me sad.....I was working out and eating great, but not consistently, I was either reeeeeally good, or reeeeally bad. I'd be on the wagon and then just absolutely crash right off and binge eat on mainly sweets. Just pure and utter self sabotage. I was losing 5 lbs, gaining it back, losing six lbs, gaining it back and so forth. Anyway, I decided enough was enough and since Sept 1st I have dropped 12 lbs, thanks to my very hard work. I swear, running is key......it's amazing and I'm feeling stronger and healthier with each run. I'm currently running 5 miles four or five days per week as well as other exercise and my diet is so clean. I'm so excited to know I only have 12 more lbs to goal!
