I felt like absolute crap when I got home from school. The last thing I wanted to do was run two and a half miles. But I reminded myself that my sister's birthday party is tonight and I'm hoping to hit my 20-pound marker tomorrow, plus my friend is taking me out with some guys I've never met. So here's hoping my **** paid off! I feel so good now, though
I'm always careful with what I eat, but tonight I even let myself have HALF a slice of pizza and a lettuce salad with wine vinegar Plus I was conserving calories for now. And my count is still perfect! And I have dance class soon!
Awesome! I try to walk at least 2 miles a day. And I am glad I did today because the family went to Applebee's and dragged me along! I'm glad they had the under 550 calorie menu or I would have been sweating! Good luck on your journey and keep at it!
