I got my new ticker, and I am down another 2 lbs! I will wait to post again when I have lost another 5 in!

Okay, I said I wasn't going to post for a while, but this rocks! I walked 6.9 miles today! Just a month ago I could only do half that!

(Edit: I also just figured out that if I stick to my usual 1800 cal today, I will have burned 1754 cal. That is about 1/2 of a pound!)
