I am about 4 days behind you and a about 14 pounds behind you..... but I am in this for the rest of my life..... and you are right...... I feel INCREDIBLE. I am stronger now than I have ever been..... I think I am in the best shape of my life at 36...... I mean I can do things I never thought I could! It feels great!

Wow! A congratulations for sure. There are days my level is probably just 5%. Then, there are days when it seems it's closer to 25%! I also find that I wait until something (of limited nutritional value) is 110% appealing to me before I consider a bite. There are days those things appeal to me much more so than others.

Really, a huge congratulations. Be sure to post pics when you are able.
