Hi everyone!
Sorry I've been absent, I started my third year back at uni a month ago and I've been very busy!
BUT in spite of it all I've stayed on track and I've met my first mini goal...
I lost 8lbs in the month of September to bring my weight down to 159!
ONE more tiny pound and I will officially not be "obese"
!
I've also lost two sizes since I started my weight loss journey 2 months ago... from a 16, down to a 12!
I fit into my old pants again
Thanks so much everyone, you've all been such an inspiration to me and you've shown me how much can be accomplished with a little persistence!
I vow never to reach the 160s EVER again
