Default One year living my new life...

One year ago I finally was ready to change the way I was living my life. I was very overweight, unfit and generally unhappy with the way I was looking. Since then I have lost 87 pounds and I feel INCREDIBLE! I can't believe I have been doing this for a year. I would honestly say that 95% of the time this has been incredibly easy. Its just the 5% of the time that you have to plan for when your willpower isn't around and your subconcious is screaming at you to eat junk.

Thanks for sharing! You started out at about the same weight as me. This is great motivation for me. I can't wait to be where you are at!

That is so true. I think you know you've figured out what works for you when you only have to really work at it 5% of the time. Not none of the time. Maybe some people find that, but probably not most of us. But if it's lot's more than 5%, something might not be right for you.

Congratulations!
