  • Oh I love the dancing idea! What a fun workout! I don't know if I could pull it off at work But definitely a great way to make the most of TV time!
  • lol...and at work too. My bathroom is full of mirrors so I really have fun in there. I got the dvd "sexy moves for the club" so it's fun to try to get the moves down before a dancing session. I'm obsessed with the "booty bounce" that is a real workout for the butt.

    I love so many styles. I agree what a fun way to work out.

    my exercise bike bores the crap out of me. But it is a wonderful tool! I have to listen to really jamming music to keep me going, when a good song comes on I hop off the bike and start dancing.

    Still dancing, too. LOL

    This is about my half way point, I might add. That's cool too! Best of all, everyone at work thinks I'm crazy to think I need to lose another 40 lbs. But seriously, that would only take me to 115-118, which, for five feet barely 1 inch, isn't skinny by any means. My plan is to make it by Martin Luther King's day, mid January!

  • Wow! What an inspiration you are. I'll be 52 this November with about 150+ pounds to lose. If I can do even half as well as you are doing, I'll be happy. Keep it up!
  • You are doing GREAT! I also found that dance is a great way to exercise. I use a lot of dance DVD workouts.
