So, this wasn't actually a goal, but a pleasant surprise none the less. I reached over and touched my side and got concerned for a moment when I felt a bit of a lump. So I reached over and touched my other side - that's when it hit me, THOSE ARE MY RIBS . I don't remember the last time I could feel those, and I haven't even lost that much yet . You still can't see them, but at least I know they are still there . Just thought I'd share that itty bitty milestone .
