Congratulations - I'm needing inspiration today and y'all are definitely providing it!

And BTW - "obese" for our height (I've hated that word since the first time it was applied to me) is right at 196. If you calculate it as 30 BMI or as 20% over the max recommended weight for our height - same amount.

Wow a whole world of 5'7-5'8ers! I am a fraction of a hair under 5'8.

Mug, yep! Tracy, she's a coonhound/beagle/?? mix but looks like a Black & Tan. Very smart dog! More energetic than the bassets and beagle, that's for sure.

Also wanted to chime in with some doggy love - she reminds me of our Gordon Setter when he got the "utility cut" for summer. Great picture ... she has the look of assumed royalty.

I know exactly how you feel. I currently am considered obese and can't wait to be classified as overweight! Only someone who struggles with weight would understand this!
